Stephanie's Background

Stephanie has worked in the nail and beauty industry for over 15 years. She has run her own salon, trained hundreds of students in person, and earned her AET Level 3 Award in Education and Training — the formal teaching qualification that underpins everything she does at Fempire.

She didn't come from privilege or an easy start. She built her career from scratch, developed her skills through years of real-world practice, and learned what it actually takes to succeed in the beauty industry — not just in theory, but in practice.

Why Fempire Was Founded

Stephanie founded Fempire Training Academy because she saw a gap: women who desperately wanted to build beauty careers but couldn't access affordable, flexible, high-quality training. College courses were expensive, inflexible, and inaccessible for women with children, existing jobs, or limited budgets.
