📌 TERMS & CONDITIONS (Summary)

• Minimum charge applies for 8 children, regardless of attendance
• Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the party
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Cancellations within 7 days require full payment
• At least one responsible adult must remain on site
• All treatments are age-appropriate and use child-friendly products
• Glitter and products may stain clothing

By paying the deposit, you confirm acceptance of these terms.

1. Booking & Deposit

• A £50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time.

• Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the party date.

• Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking.

2. Party Numbers & Minimum Charge

• Pamper parties are for a minimum of 8 children and a maximum of 12 children.

• The minimum charge for 8 children applies regardless of attendance on the day.

• Final numbers must be confirmed 7 days before the party.

• Additional children (up to the maximum) may be added subject to availability and will be charged accordingly.

3. Cancellations & Changes

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the party date will require full payment.

• Requests to change party dates must be made with at least 7 days’ notice and are subject to availability.

• If Fempire Training Academy needs to cancel a party due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued.

4. Arrival, Timing & Late Arrivals

• Pamper parties run for 2 hours.

• Guests are asked to arrive on time, as late arrivals may reduce treatment time.

• Unfortunately, parties cannot be extended due to other bookings.

5. Supervision & Behaviour

• At least one responsible adult must remain on the premises for the duration of the party.

• Children are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and salon property.

• Any damage caused may be chargeable.

6. Treatments & Products

• All treatments are age-appropriate and carried out using child-friendly products.

• Nail treatments are non-gel and temporary.

• Glitter, nail polish, and products may stain clothing — guests attend at their own risk.

7. Food, Allergies & Medical Information

• Parents/guardians must inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensory sensitivities at least 7 days before the party.

• Birthday cake, cupcakes, and drinks are provided where included in the chosen package.

• No outside food or drink is permitted unless agreed in advance.

8. VIP Package Inclusions

• Dressing gowns and slippers provided in the VIP package are for use during the party only and must be returned at the end.

• Birthday cake design and flavour are at the discretion of Fempire Training Academy unless otherwise agreed.

9. Photography & Social Media

• Photos and videos may be taken during the party for promotional purposes.

• If you do not wish for images to be used on social media, this must be advised in writing prior to the party.

10. Health & Safety

• All equipment is cleaned and sanitised between parties.

• Parents/guardians acknowledge that participation is at their own risk and Fempire Training Academy cannot be held liable for minor injuries, allergic reactions, or loss of personal belongings.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• Payment of the deposit confirms that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full.
